We offer 5 different types of yoga: Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini and Flow.

  • Sunrise Stretch: A slow-moving yoga focused on stretching, meditation and breathing. You'll target deep connective tissue to balance muscle work and jumpstart the day.
  • Lunchtime Yoga: A slower paced form of yoga focused on the breath, controlled strength-building movements, and stretching- all designed to recenter you and remove stress to get through a busy day.
  • Strength and Stretch: This is a form of Vinyasa Flow yoga, which sequences yoga postures together like dance. Controlled movements and breathing results in a vigorous and invigorating workout.
  • Meditative: A restorative form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. A perfect way to end a day and get your body ready for a good night's sleep.

Static and dynamic content editing

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
