Jazzercise classes are designed for all levels of fitness and are a super-motivating and fun exercise.
Our classes combine strength training with dance-based cardio to build up and sculpt muscles for an effective full-body exercise. Our instructors will help you through every step of your wellness journey, whether you're seeking physical results or a way to reduce stress and FEEL your best!
During a 55-minute class, our instructors will whip you into shape as you circulate between cardio and strength training. Any given workout might consist of push-ups, squats, lunges, skipping, dancing, shaking hips, or HIIT, as the instructor will spare no method in the quest for fitness. We also offer simpler and lower impact options for customers who need it.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
